What is to love about the Bijou neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe?
It depends on where you are. If you are in the Ski Run area you will have easy access to a new community park, a farmers market, plenty of dining options, a shuttle to Heavenly Ski Resort, Ski Run Marina where you will find restaurants, beach, a marina, paint n sip (so much fun) along with a huge gift shop and a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. If you are a little further down Pioneer Trail, you will find a friendly neighborhood made up of mostly single-family homes. The homes range from small 800+/- square foot cabins to large luxury homes built for large gatherings while you enjoy your time visiting or living in Tahoe.
Either neighborhood is desirable and has a community feel. Just a few miles down the road you will find Stateline where the entertainment runs 24/7. Between Harvey’s, Harrahs, The Nugget and Ballys casinos, you will find fine dining, an arcade, summer outdoor concerts and more.
Bijou is a friendly and fun neighborhood for anyone to live in or visit.
